Hello, I’m Bill Brunner, owner and operator of Rusty Pirate Salvage.

I’m a third generation waste management professional. Just like the generations before me, I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Rusty Pirate Salvage was born out of a passion for innovating an industry for real lives, real people, and a proud Pittsburgh community.

Our contract free model allows homeowners, proprietors and small businesses the flexibility they need when hiring a trash removal service.

We treat your home like it’s our own and take the upmost care when removing unwanted items and cleaning out cluttered areas. We also understand the sentimental value that old items carry with them. This is why we upcycle any item that’s in good condition and can be refurbished.

I reside in Kilbuck Township with my beautiful wife, Caitlin, our First Mate Hooper and our Quarter Master, Jake.
